Basake Holy Stars open three points gap in Zone Two of Access Bank Division One League

Basake based Holy Stars have opened a three point gap in Zone Two of the Access Bank Division One League after 12 games. Competing against giants like, Skyy FC, Ebusua Dwarfs, New Edubiase United, King Faisal and Swedru All Blacks, Holy have been absolutely brilliant in the ongoing campaign with some eye-catching performances much to the delight of their followers.

They lead on the back of eight (8) wins, three (3) defeats and one (1) draw and sit at the top of the Zone Two table with 25 points – three points ahead of last season’s runners up Skyy FC and five points richer than third placed Soccer Intellectuals.

The bottom three places are occupied by Asekem FC (13 points), Future Stars (12 points) and Young Red Bull FC(8 points) as they sit in 14th, 15th and 16th positions in the League table after 12 games.

Winner of the League after 30 round of matches will qualify for the 2024/25 Premier League season.
