LNZ Cherkasy, currently topping the Ukrainian Premier League standings, has bolstered its midfield with the signing of Ghanaian midfielder Abdul Awudu from Portuguese side FC Vizela.
Awudu, 25, joins fellow countryman Mark Assinor at the club, strengthening their squad ahead of the league’s second half.
Awudu’s move to LNZ Cherkasy marks a new chapter in his career, having previously played for clubs like Albacete, Unionistas B, and Moralo CP.
His experience in the Portuguese league will be valuable to his new team, currently sitting ahead of Shakhtar Donetsk in the league table.
