Top midfielder Justice Blay put on a fine display for Asante Kotoko on Friday when the team secured a 1-0 victory against Bibiani Gold Stars.
The midfielder has been named Man of the Match because of his impressive showing.
In the Week 19 game of the Ghana Premier League played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Justice Blay started for his team.
He looked very sharp in his role and contributed to almost every bit of his team’s performance.
He will be particularly delighted with his Man of the Match award especially when Asante Kotoko also bagged the crucial three points.
The win was possible thanks to a solitary equaliser by Peter Amidu in the first half of the contest.
The victory keeps Asante Kotoko in the top four of the Ghana Premier League standings.
In the next round of games, Asante Kotoko will face off with Karela United.
