Asante Kotoko SC are close to signing defender Lord Amoah from Berekum Chelsea.
The Porcupine Warriors have agreed on personal terms with the right-back, who is expected to arrive in Kumasi within the week for medical test and complete all document exchanges, according to Kickoffghana.com.
Amoah had been linked to Gold Stars and Hearts of Oak but chose to accept an offer from the Kumasi-based giants instead.
The 21-year-old defender made 29 appearances and provided three assists for Berekum Chelsea in the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League campaign.
Amoah is expected to finalize his signing and join the team for their pre-season tours in Akosombo and South Africa.
