Antonio Conte speaks out on Tottenham future after clinching Top-4 berth

Antonio Conte speaks out on future as Champions League music heard blaring in Tottenham dressing room

Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte has, on Sunday evening, provided a fresh insight into his future in north London.

Conte’s Spurs, of course, were back in action a short time ago.

In the knowledge that a victory would guarantee their place back in the Champions League for the 2022/23 campaign, the Lilywhites made the trip to Carrow Road, for a Premier League final day showdown with Norwich City.

And to say that, when all was said and done in east Anglia, the evening’s visitors managed to get the job done would be something of an understatement.

An absolutely rampant display ultimately culminated in Spurs emerging on the right side of a 5-0 scoreline, to pip north London rivals Arsenal to the post in the battle for a top-4 berth.

And the celebrations quickly got underway, as the theme music for European football’s top club competition was heard ringing out in the dressing room of the capital outfit:

‘We’ll see…’

Speaking on the back of the action coming to a close in Norwich this evening, Antonio Conte, in turn, was inevitably drawn on a whole array of topics by the awaiting media presence.

And one such subject came in the form of his Tottenham future.

Italian tactician Conte has of course garnered for himself something of a name for leaving clubs high and dry, even on the back of altogether successful campaigns.

And though he did not hint at any such plans on Sunday, the ex-Chelsea and Juventus boss was not exactly quick to commit his long-term future to Spurs, either, simply confirming that he will ‘speak to the club’ in the summer, in a bid to ‘find the best solution’ for all parties.
