The striker recorded an impressive 20 goals in his first 26 games in the English top flight division.
He is the fifth on the all-time list, which is now led by Manchester City striker, Erling Haaland.
The Norwegian took just 14 matches to reach the landmark, smashing the previous record of 21 set by Kevin Phillips.
Yeboah enjoyed a remarkable two-year spell at Elland Road from 1995 to 1997, scoring 32 goals in 66 appearances.
