The NAC Breda striker calmly scored the second goal for the Black Stars in a well-executed 2-0 win over Mali, but told KickOffGhana.com on arrival in Accra that nothing has been achieved in terms of World Cup qualification yet.

“Sudan will be a new game so we have to prepare well,” he said. It should be a similar approach to the way we played against Mali and defend well.”

“The victory in Mali is really important and good for us, but now we have to change focus and think about Sudan because it is going to be very tough.”

Amoah has also warned his teammates they must snap out of the excitement and belief tat has gripped the nation that a place in the 2010 World Cup is within touching distance.

“I hope it will be points guaranteed. We are going there to win three points but there are four games remaining so it has to be a match-after-match approach.
