Ghanaian midfielder Michael Agbekpornu has joined Spanish second-tier outfit SD Huesca from Croatian Football League side Slaven Belupo on a two-and-a-half-year contract.
The 27-year-old defensive midfielder, known for his physical strength, solidity, and tactical discipline, will be hoping to make an impact at his new club.
Agbekpornu, who previously played for Dreams FC and KF Egnatia, has impressed with 69 appearances, scoring two goals and providing five assists for Slaven Belupo over three seasons.
He’s yet to earn a senior Black Stars cap, despite featuring for the Black Meteors.
