Agbasi aims to break Hearts of Oak goalkeeping jinx in Dormaa

Published: 4 weeks ago
Ghana Premier League

Solomon Agbasi is between the sticks for Hearts of Oak today as they take on Aduana FC at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park.

The Phobians are looking to break a five-season drought without a clean sheet at this ground, where they’ve struggled to find success against Aduana.

In fact, Hearts of Oak have failed to score in their last six meetings with Aduana, with the Dormaa-based side winning five and drawing one.

Agbasi, who has been impressive for the Phobians, will be looking to lead a solid defensive performance, given Hearts of Oak’s strong defensive record this season.

Aduana FC, on the other hand, has been impressive at home, remaining unbeaten this season and boasting one of the league’s best defensive records.

The match kicks off at 3:30 pm GMT, and will be broadcast live on TV3, Onua TV, and Max TV.
