Abdul Aziz Nurudeen: Heart of Oak midfielder set for spell on sidelines after thigh surgery
Hearts of Oak midfielder Abdul Aziz Nurudeen has undergone successful surgery in South Africa.
Aziz went through the procedure to correct his long-standing thigh problem at the Netcare Linksfield clinic in Johannesburg on Thursday.
The medical team which conduct the surgery was led by experienced surgeon, Dr. McCready.
He is expected to stay in South Africa for his recuperation after which he will return to Ghana to continue with his rehabilitation.
Until his injury, Nurudeen was a key figure in Hearts’ squad and was expected to lead the defensive midfield role in Ghana’s CHAN team, the Black Galaxies.
