The midfielder turned out for the Black Stars in Sunday’s 2-0 win over Sudan in Accra, something that appears to have irked his club coach Laszlo Csaba, who claims the Ghanaian is not fully fit.   “Larry must come back from the national team and after we will see. I don’t like to talk about this situation at the moment. Definitely, I need players who give 100 percent for Heart of Midlothian,” Csaba told the Edinburgh Evening News.   “If Larry is back, we will sit round the table and discuss this situation. We will clear everything up very quickly.”   Kingston strongly rebuffs suggestions that he is not committed to his club. “The coach seems to think I struggle to cope with the demands of both my club football and playing at international level, but I disagree,” he tells KickOffGhana.com.   “I have been doing my club football side by side with the Black Stars for five years now and it is not the reason I get injured. You can pick up injuries playing anywhere. Even when I was playing in Russia, which is further from Ghana in terms of travel time, I still kept my commitment to my nation.   “I am happy at this club, but my international career means everything to me and there is no way I will sacrifice it, especially with a World Cup to play.”   Kingston, who played a major role to take Ghana to the 2006 World Cup, missed the tournament after picking up a suspension at the 2006 Nations Cup. But he returned to play a key role in the qualification for the 2010 World Cup with two goals in the first phase of the qualifiers before injuries limited his contribution.   His appearance for Ghana last Sunday was his first for the Black Stars in a year after an injury-ravaged season.
