English Premier League giants Manchester United have joined the race for the signature of Bayern Leverkusen defender Jeremie Frimpong.
The Dutch born Ghanaian is on the shortlist of the Red Devils manager Erik Ten Haag who is looking to reinforce his squad in the winter transfer window.
Frimpong’s profile and style of play fits the ideas of the United coaching staff.
The 21 year old has scored four goals and provided two assists in 16 competitive games this season.
United will face stiff competition from Spanish giants Real Madrid who are also reportedly interested in the highly rated defender.
