Ghana captain Andre Ayew lauds Mohammed Kudus for spectacular show in Champions League –

Ghana captain Andre Ayew joined the football world in congratulating Mohammed Kudus on his outstanding performance in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

Kudus was named man of the match after dazzling in Ajax’s 4-0 victory over Rangers.

The 22-year-old, who has been on the bench for all five of Ajax’s league games this season, was given a rare start and was a delight to watch.

Ajax appeared to be in command of the game from the start, scoring twice with Kudus assisting one, before the Ghanaian produced a moment of magic.

The midfielder eluded defenders to enter the penalty area on the left side and fire an arrow into the post and into the net.

It was his first Champions League goal, and he matched Andre Ayew’s 13-year-old Ghana record in the competition.

Ayew responded by posting a photo of Kudus on his Instagram story, along with a fire emoji, which is used to indicate that something is awesome.

Meanwhile, Ayew recently reached the 20-goal mark for Qatari champions Al Sadd.
