Following a very promising start to the transfer window, Arsenal’s business has slowed down over the last week.
But the Gunners remain in the market for several positions and one player they like is Youri Tielemans from Leicester City.
However, Mikel Arteta’s side have been issued a warning by Fabrizio Romano over a deal for the Belgian.
“Arsenal will have to be quick…”
Both Arsenal and Youri Tielemans want this move to happen, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The midfielder still expects the move to happen although the north Londoners are yet to make an offer.
Leicester City also appear open to letting him leave as he enters the final 12 months of his contract.
But despite being in an awkward position with his contract almost up, the player has plenty of suitors.
Romano has warned the Gunners that they will need to be quick in getting a deal done as there are lots of interested clubs.
Even over the last few days, clubs have made inquiries about the 25-year-old.
Romano told CaughtOffside:
“Arsenal will have to be quick as other clubs have been inquiring about Tielemans in the last few days.”
