Facundo Pellistri’s agent Agustin Alvarez has revealed the youngster will be part of Manchester United’s Asia tour before Erik ten Hag decides his future.
Pellistri endured a tough second loan spell at Alaves last season as he managed only 750 minutes during the campaign. According to his agent, Pellistri has offers from England, Italy and Portugal but none will be looked at until ten Hag runs the rule over his client.
“He has a contract until 2026. He will make the pre-season retreat with Man United and will take part in the tour in Asia,” Alvarez told Grand Hotel Calciomercato.
“He [Ten Hag] will decide, if he will stay or if he will be loaned out.
“In the latter case, we have several possibilities between England, Italy and Portugal thanks also to the performance we had with the Uruguayan national team, where the coach [Diego] Alonso who gave him the confidence that Alaves lacked.”
His contract with United is set to expire in the summer of 2025.
