Most parts of Ghana will start Monday with partly cloudy skies before conditions become sunnier, the Ghana Meteorological Agency says.
Mist or fog could develop over a few forested and mountainous areas during the morning, while localised rain and thunderstorms are expected in parts of the middle, transition and northern sectors from the afternoon into the evening.
The agency classifies the risk of these conditions as low to medium, but says residents in affected areas should be prepared for sudden downpours and thunderstorms.
The outlook comes from an 18-hour impact-based forecast issued at 0500 UTC and valid from 6 a.m. on Monday, October 19, 2026.
The coastal sector is expected to record minimum temperatures of 24 degrees Celsius and maximum temperatures of 33 degrees Celsius.
Temperatures in the forest sector are forecast to range from 23 degrees Celsius to 34 degrees Celsius.
