Antoine Semenyo’s Manchester City kept their quadruple dream alive with a thrilling 3-1 comeback win over Newcastle United in the FA Cup.

Harvey Barnes had put the Magpies ahead, but Pep Guardiola’s men turned the game around in emphatic fashion.

Savinho levelled the scores with a deflected effort, and Omar Marmoush scored twice, including a spectacular 25-yard strike, to secure City’s place in the quarter-finals.

Semenyo came off from the bench to see out the win.

His impressive performances have earned him comparisons to some of Ghana’s finest footballers.

City’s victory marks their ninth quarter-final appearance in 10 seasons under Guardiola, a testament to their dominance in English football.
