Cagliari are looking to bring back Ghanaian midfielder Ibrahim Sulemana on loan from Bologna, with an option to buy.
Sulemana, 21, has struggled for regular minutes at Bologna, who acquired him on loan from Atalanta until June 2026 with an €11m buyout clause. Parma and Sassuolo are also eyeing the midfielder to bolster their midfield options.
Sulemana’s combative style and versatility make him an attractive asset.
He can operate as a defensive shield or box-to-box midfielder, with notable ball-winning ability, strength, and long-range shooting.
The Ghana international has made 10 league appearances for Atalanta last season, scoring twice.
