Ghana forward Bernard Tekpetey has reached a major milestone at Bulgarian champions Ludogorets Razgrad after making his 200th appearance for the club.
The 28-year-old achieved the feat during Ludogorets’ 1–1 draw with Slavia Sofia in the efbet League on Monday evening, and was later presented with a golden boot by the club to celebrate the moment.
Since joining from Schalke 04 in 2020, Tekpetey has recorded 45 goals and 37 assists in all competitions and has helped the Green Eagles win five league titles.
Reacting to the achievement, he thanked the club’s supporters in an emotional message.
“200 games is not easy. Ups and downs, but I want to say thank you for the support and love you have showed me. God bless you all. We keep moving,” he said in a video on social media.
Tekpetey recently extended his contract until the summer of 2028, committing his future to Ludogorets.
