The Black Queens held their first training session in Southampton on Sunday evening soon after settling into the city.
Working in cool weather, the team focused on sharp passing sequences, transition patterns, and set-piece drills as they shifted into match-day mode.
Even after the long journey, the group looked lively and maintained a strong tempo throughout the session at the Mortgage Decisions Stadium.
Coaches emphasized quick decision-making and overall structure, aiming to polish final details ahead of Tuesday’s contest.
The squad trained for a little over an hour, showing good rhythm and cohesion despite the travel demands.
Another practice has been scheduled as they continue to build towards the fixture.
Their final mandatory session will take place on Monday at St. Mary’s Stadium.
That outing will serve as the official pre-match training ahead of their meeting with England.
The Black Queens face the Lionesses on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, in Southampton.
