Gabonese striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has reached the impressive milestone of 400 career goals, solidifying his position among Africa’s greatest footballers.
This achievement comes after scoring in Marseille’s 5-1 victory over Nice in Ligue 1 on Friday.
Aubameyang’s remarkable career spans multiple top European leagues, including Ligue 1, Bundesliga, and Premier League, with notable stints at Saint-Étienne, Dortmund, Arsenal, Al Qadsiah and Marseille.
He’s also Gabon’s captain and record goal scorer with 35 goals in 81 appearances.
Aubameyang joins an elite group of African football legends, alongside Samuel Eto’o (420 goals) and Didier Drogba (367 goals).
His consistency and longevity have earned him recognition as one of the greatest strikers of his generation.
