The win marks Al Ahli’s first home league victory in three matches.
Bonsu Baah’s assist was his second contribution in the league this season, following his goal in Al Qadsiah’s 2-2 draw with Al Hilal earlier in the season.
Kessie’s winner was his third goal in the league, helping Al Ahli maintain their strong form.
