Mohammed Kudus to stay in London during international break

Mohammed Kudus will remain in London during the international break as he continues his recovery from a minor injury that has kept him out of Tottenham’s last two matches.

The Ghana winger, 25, had started every Premier League game this season before the setback. Manager Thomas Frank described his status as “touch and go” ahead of Spurs’ weekend clash with Manchester United, but Kudus was ultimately left out of the squad.

It has now been confirmed that Kudus will skip Ghana’s upcoming friendlies against South Korea and Japan, focusing instead on regaining full fitness at Hotspur Way.

“Very confident that he should be available for the next one,” Frank said, referring to the North London Derby against Arsenal on November 23.

Kudus has been one of Tottenham’s standout performers this season, registering four assists, the joint-highest in the squad. While his absence has been felt, the injury is not considered serious, and his return would boost Spurs ahead of a busy run of fixtures.
