Nigeria head coach Eric Chelle has unveiled a star-studded 24-man squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup playoffs in Morocco, with Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman leading the charge.
The Super Eagles sealed their playoff spot after defeating Benin last month and will face Gabon in the first semi-final, as they aim to qualify for the tournament in North America.
Osimhen, who netted a hat-trick in that victory, returns alongside African Player of the Year Lookman. Sevilla winger Chidera Ejuke also makes a comeback, joined by Bright Osayi-Samuel and goalkeeper Maduka Okoye.
Captain William Troost-Ekong, Wilfred Ndidi, and Alex Iwobi headline a midfield and defence stacked with experience, while promising forward Adams Akor earns another call-up.
Meanwhile, DR Congo will face Cameroon in the other semi-final of the CAF playoffs.
