Antoine Semenyo has once again been recognized in the Premier League Team of the Week after inspiring AFC Bournemouth to victory over Brighton and Hove Albion.
The Ghanaian forward played a decisive role in the 2-1 win, first providing the assist for Alex Scott’s opener before calmly converting a penalty to seal the three points.
His contributions have now taken his tally of direct goal involvements this season to five, underlining his explosive start to the campaign.
Semenyo lines up in attack alongside Manchester City pair Jeremy Doku and Erling Haaland. The midfield features Tottenham’s Lucas Bergvall, Chelsea’s Moisés Caicedo, Arsenal’s Noni Madueke, and Martin Zubimendi.
At the back, Christian Mosquera of Arsenal, Spurs defender Micky van de Ven, and Brentford’s Nordi Mukiele form the trio ahead of Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martínez.
