Ghana’s U-17 national team, the Black Starlets, will resume camping at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram on Monday, July 28, after a two-week break.
This next phase of preparation is part of their build-up to the upcoming WAFU B U-17 Cup of Nations, set to take place later this year.
The team will stay in camp until September.
Players selected for this stage have already gone through thorough scouting, MRI tests, and medical screening to ensure eligibility and fitness.
The ultimate goal for the Starlets is to qualify for the 2025 U-17 Africa Cup of Nations, and from there, book a ticket to the FIFA U-17 World Cup.
As part of their preparations, the team is expected to play a number of friendly games to sharpen their form and assess tactical readiness.
