Asante Kotoko have confirmed Abdul Karim Zito as their new head coach, signing a two-year deal.
Zito took over the club after Dr. Prosper Nartey Ogum was sacked due to underperformance.
With extensive experience, Zito previously guided Dreams FC to a historic CAF Confederation Cup semi-final and led Ghana’s U-20 team to victory at the 2021 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.
He’ll be supported by Assistant Coach Prince Yaw Owusu, who has over 20 years of coaching experience and a track record of developing talents who feature in top European clubs.
Malik Jabir, the former Technical Director, has been appointed Technical Advisor to provide strategic guidance for the club’s long-term goals.
