Ghanaian defender Terry Yegbe found the back of the net for IF Elfsborg in their 1-1 draw against Mjällby AIF during the Swedish Allsvenskan League match.
Yegbe, who was impressive throughout the match, played the full 90 minutes and earned a 7.9 rating from Sofascore after the game at Strandvallen Stadium in Sweden.
The former Vision FC player scored in the 16th minute – his third of the season – putting the hosts ahead, but Herman Johansson equalized in the 26th minute, leveling the score before halftime.
The second half saw no further goals, with Nicklas Røjkjær missing a penalty in the 62nd minute, resulting in a goalless draw on Sunday afternoon.
Despite Yegbe’s goal, Elfsborg dropped from 5th to 7th position in the league standings after 19 games, accumulating 29 points.
