Italian Serie B side Palermo FC have announced the signing of Ghanaian winger Stredair Appuah from French side FC Nantes.

Appuah joins on a four-year deal that will run until June 30, 2029.

The club announced the development on their social media page on Wednesday

“Palermo FC announces that it has acquired the sporting services of Stredair Appuah from FC Nantes,” the club said in a statement.

“The player transfers on a permanent basis, signing with the Club of Viale del Fante until June 30, 2029.

“A warm welcome to Stredair in Palermo from the City Football Group, President Mirri, and the entire rosanero family.”

The Paris-born Ghanaian winger had a standout season with Nantes, playing a crucial role in their impressive UEFA Youth League campaign.

He helped the team reach the semi-finals, where they narrowly lost to Olympiacos in a penalty shootout.

Appuah’s contributions included notable victories over top clubs such as Sevilla FC, RB Salzburg, and Copenhagen.
