Ghana’s Black Stars will depart to Luanda, Angola on Friday ahead of the second game against Central Africa Republic in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The Black Stars started off on a good note with a 3-0 win against Madagascar in the opening game of the qualifiers at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Wednesday.
The team is currently in Accra preparing to embark on the trip to Luanda for the game.
The Central Africa Republic has no approved venue for their home games thus the team opted to play the Black Stars game in Angola.
The Black Stars trained at the Accra Sports Stadium on Thursday with Richard Ofori, Andy Yiadom all taking part in the training.
Hearts of Oak left back Dennis Korsah joined the team’s training after getting a late call up.
The team will embark on their journey to Angola on Friday.
Ghana leads Group E with three points after Wednesday’s win against Madagascar. Angola are second on the table with three points as they came from behind to beat Central Africa Republic 2-1.
