‘The work continues’ – Tariq Lamptey after Brighton’s draw at Leicester

Ghana defender Tariq Lamptey has taken to social media to react after helping Brighton & Hove Albion secure a point in their 2-2 stalemate against Leicester City in the English Premier League on Saturday.

Lamptey replaced Jan Paul Van Hecke in the 78th minute mark of the game and played a vital role in helping his team snatch a point in the big clash.

Japanese star Kaoru Mitoma and Evan Ferguson got the two goals for Brighton while Marc Albrighton and Harvey Lewis Barnes put their names on the scoresheet to draw the game for Leicester City.

Meanwhile, Ghana defender Daniel Amartey, again started and lasted full 90 minutes for Leicester City. The game ended in a 2-2 draw, with both teams earning a point each in the standings.

After the game, the 22-year-old right-back took to Instagram to share photos from the game and captioned it, “the work continues”.
