Ansgar Knauff has rejoined Eintracht Frankfurt’s training session. The club confirmed on Tuesday, at the start of training after the Christmas break, that the winger will resume full participation in team workouts.

The eagle bearers will be departing for the United Arab Emirates for a ten-day training camp.

The 20-year-old scored his first goal for Eintracht in a 4-1 win over Hertha BSC on March 5.

He started the 2022 UEFA Europa League Final against Rangers on May 18, 2022, and won the Europa League trophy with his club after a penalty shoot-out.

This season Ansgar Knauff has made 11 appearances and scored one goal in the German Bundesliga.

Eintracht Frankfurt is 4th on the league table with 27 points after 15 games.
