Winger Ansgar Knauff is continually emerging in the transfer rumor mill. This is because the attacking player is on loan from Borussia Dortmund to Eintracht Frankfurt until the end of the season, and his future is unclear.
Sports director Markus Krösche has recently defined Eintracht Frankfurt’s intentions to the Frankfurter Rundschau:
“At Ansgar we said that we would try to keep him.”
Frankfurt would have to make a substantial bid to buy Knauff. According to the report, the winger might leave Dortmund in the summer for a cost of roughly eight million euros.
Ansgar Knauff is returning to full fitness after suffering minor fascial damage to his thigh. The Eintracht Frankfurt offensive player has been back on the pitch for running exercises.
He is likely to be added to Eintracht Frankfurt’s Dubai winter squad.
The eagle bearers will then spend Christmas with friends and family before departing for the United Arab Emirates next year.
