Korak, a former Serbia national team assistant and belonging to the controversial Virtues International stable has agreed terms with Kotoko officials with one informing KickOffGhana.com that it is 99 per cent certain he will be the club’s new boss.

“We are looking to iron out a few areas but we have a deal in principle,” the source told KickOffGhana.com. “He will have a look around and make up his mind whether it is a challenge he wants to take up but at this stage, we expect him to be the new boss.”

The Serbian will head to Dorma to watch Kotoko as they seek to halt a run of two straight losses in the Ghana premier league so far. He could also simply observe the game against New Edubiase afterwards before taking over for the game against.

Mends got the sack after three loses this season including two straight ones against King Faisal and Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

But there are those unsure that a foreign coach with no idea of the working terrain of Ghana football can turn things around so soon.

Kotoko are convinced though that they have found the right man in the 51-year old who can help them challenge favourably for the league title.
