2023 U-23 AfconQ: Malagasy referees selected for Mozambique vs Ghana

Referee Ibrahim Ben Tsimanohisty will lead a quartet of match officials from Madagascar for the 2023 U-23 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) second-round first-leg qualifier between Mozambique and Ghana, Caf has decided.

The match is scheduled for Estádio do Zimpeto in Zimpeto – Maputo on Sunday, October 23 at 15:00.

Tsimanohisty – a Fifa international referee since 2018 – will be assisted by countrymen Dimbiniaina Andrianarivelo (Assistant I) and Pierre Andrivoavonjy (Assistant II).

Another Malagasy referee, Njaka Lovasoa Raharimanatsoa has been named the Fourth Official.

Sinon Philip Georges from Seychelles will serve as the Match Commissioner whiles Artur Machava from Mozambique works as COVID-19 Officer.
