2023 AFCON Qualifiers: NSA/GFA open media accreditation for Ghana-Madagascar clash  –

The National Sports Authority has opened up media accreditation for the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers between Ghana and Madagascar.

The game comes off at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on June 1, 2022.

A statement on the Ghana FA on the process to assess accreditation for the game read, “Media practitioners who intend to cover the match between the Black Stars of Ghana and the Bareas of Madagascar are to submit their applications duly signed by a manager or an Editor to the Head of Public Relations, National Sports Authority via e mail: [email protected]

“Applicants should kindly attach a copy of a passport photograph to the letter. Deadline for submission of applications is Saturday, May 28, 2022.

“Accreditation tags can be picked up on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at the Cape Coast Stadium, from 9:00 am to 2:00pm. Applications without passport photographs will not be considered.

Ghana coach Otto Addo is yet to name his squad for the doubleheader next week.

The 46-year-old together with Chris Hughton, George Boateng and Mas-Ud Didi Dramani were re-appointed as coaches of the Black Stars until the end of December 2022 by the Ghana Football Association (GFA).

The quartet, who masterminded Ghana’s qualification to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 tournament will stay on to see to Ghana’s preparation to the global showpiece, the 2023 AFCON qualifiers and the World Cup.
