13th African Games: Black Princesses coach Yussif Basigi names starting XI to face Ethiopia

Black Princesses coach Yussif Basigi has named a strong starting XI to battle Ethiopia in their first appearance at the 13th African Games women’s football tournament. 

Afi Amenyaku is in the post and also captains the side, the talented Comfort Owusu starts and Mukarama Abdulai leads the attack.

Chancelle Cynthia Imane Ngakossa from Congo will officiate the clash against Ethiopia.

She will be assisted by Laure Marcelle Tsafack Teikeu from Cameroon (Assistant II), Mmawa Kourouma from Guinea (Assistant II), and Rachel Zihindula Nzigire from DR. Congo (Fourth Official).

Jodie Marian Reid Seton from Liberia is the Match Commissioner; Zambia’s Janny Sikazwe is the Referee Assessor while Chisom Adaobi Ezeoke from Nigeria plays the General Coordinator role. Oluchi Ngozi Tobe Chukwu from Nigeria is the Media Officer, Odochi Joan Efughu – Security Officer – Nigeria, and Yoane Claude Elong Bebey – Assistant General Coordinator – Cameroon.

The game kicks off at 20:00 hrs at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium.
