?BREAKING: Man United submit an offer for Christian Eriksen

Premier League giants Manchester United have submitted an offer for midfielder Christian Eriksen.

United has been one of the many clubs interested in signing the playmaker who will be a free agent at the end of the month following his short stint with Brentford FC.

According to David Ornstein (The Athletic), United are keen on the player as they want to fill the void left by Juan Mata and Jesse Lingard as they continue to chase other players to strengthen the team.

Eriksen was signed by Brentford in January, and he propelled them to a 13th-placed finish in the Premier League while the club wanted to keep him longer, there have been reports that the player wants to play for a bigger club as he feels he still has a lot to offer.

Apart from United, Tottenham Hotspur are said to be the other club in for the player and Eriksen might be lured by Champions League football being offered by the Antonio Conte side.
