The Senegalese forward has a year left on his current contract, but will not be extending his stay at the Merseyside club.
Bayern Munich are leading the race for the former Southampton man, and have reportedly opened talks with the player’s camp.

The 30-year-old is said to be far from impressed with the club’s lack of financial appreciation.
Mane earns a gross salary of around 12 million euros a year on his current contract, which runs until 2023.
PSG are also said to be keen on the AFCON winner and could match his financial demands.
Mane has registered 28 goal contributions in 50 games (across all competitions).
