John Stones and Phil Foden return to the starting line-up as City look to defend their crown.
Stones returns for his first game since being forced off with a muscular injury in last month’s Champions League semi-final first leg against Real Madrid.
Oleks Zinchenko and Jack Grealish revert to the bench from the side that began at the London Stadium.
Kyle Walker is also named on the bench as he returns to the matchday squad for the first time since picking up an ankle knock against Real Madrid.
